First vacation to the east coast

We just got back from Massachusetts and I have to say how incredibly good you were on the plane. I was so nervous you were going to be uncomfortable or get sick but you did terrific. The reason for the trip was to attend our friends wedding which your dad was a groomsmen for. We had a great time and were lucky to be close enough to visit family in Auburn. Your great grammi and grampi and also my aunt and uncle and cousins. We had a great dinner together and I'am so glad they all got to meet you. We also went to Cape Cod so you officially have been to both coasts in your first 7 months of life! (I still need to write about great grampa Binker's house). You decided to say your first ba ba ba. It seems silly but I was so excited! Hearing a new noise from you is heart melting. You are still such a good kid. You are being super clingy right now but the doctor says normal and to take it all in cause it won't be like this for long. I can't seem to just let you cry so the house is a disaster and I don't get much done lately. But we sure do play alot together and are such buddies. I'm so thankful and blessed to be your mom. So when your dad gets home from work and there's no dinner I just say, "I'm taking it all in". -Love Mom

*Your Grammi and Grandpa Binker came on this trip also. I was trying to get video up of them taking you to your first zoo trip (working on it). So this was going to be a separate post but I don't want to delay any longer. It was sooo nice that they came along. Not only did they watch you so we could have fun with our newlywed friends but they also just had some good old quality time with you. Like I said, me and your grandparents took you to the Southwicks Zoo which was a beautiful zoo. You mainly just liked being pushed around in your stroller but would show some interest in the animals and/or confusion. One day we followed them over to the cape and thats when we took you to the ocean! We had a great trip and were glad to have family with us -especially to help with you! You are a handful sometimes! -Love Mom
