TOO MANY EXCUSES!!
I want to blame lack of time for not updating but really I just haven't made time. I really want to keep up to date with this blog again. I know some family checks in (probably not anymore) but mainly I did this for my boys to read one day as well as myself so I never forget how incredible these years were. I find myself going through old videos and photos and feeling so far from that time. Its made me realize that I like doing this blog. I like the gift it is to my future self. With that said I vow to write more this year even if its just a few sentences here and there to keep me active. I have so much to go over which is why I took so much time off because I felt too behind. I need to introduce Briggs!! I will begin tonight. And every night after that until I have no more to say!
3 Boys Oh My!!
*I wrote this in August but I didn't ever finish so I didn't post. I'm going to post it as is because those were my thoughts and feelings at the time. I will update shortly!
Only 8-10 weeks until we meet the new little one! I guess I'm a boy making machine. I truly feel so blessed to have a house full of boys and couldn't complain. Wyatt and Gatlon put their little hands on my belly everyday and wait for baby to give a high five or a kick. I'm not sure it'll be real to Gatlon till he's born but I know Wyatt is so excited and talks to him everyday. Wyatt always says "I love you baby brother" and "you're getting so big!"
To my newest unborn boy. You have been the most active baby in my belly so far! I first felt you move around 10 weeks which is pretty early and you haven't stopped. Now at 31 weeks you still have enough room in there to exercise but I fear these next few weeks will be rough on me. The way you like to roll around and the amount of space you won't have soon is frightening! Hopefully you will relax and just get ready for your big day. I can tell you are going to be an active little guy and lucky for you you have 2 big brothers to keep up with and to entertain you. I want you to know how anxious and excited I am to hold and cuddle you. I feel like we already have a special bond and can't wait to share you with the rest of the family. Still trying to decide on names. We always have a hard time finding that special good ole boy country western name theme we like so much.
